Function

As price study engineer, you work on the biggest projects in Belgium. Within the team you work with your colleagues on differnt types of tenders such as : infrastructure, offices, hospitals, productions sites just to name a few. Each project being unique, you will have the opportunity to discover a new challenge each time you start a new tender.

As a price study engineer in the tenders office, you will have the following responsibilities:

• analysing the tenders
• answer all technical and administrative questions from the tender
• prepare the estimations
• after submission, you will do a close follow up of the tender you are responsible for and if won transfer it to the production teams
• in order to be the most competitive, you stay up to date with newest technologies from the construction sector

While gaining in experience and competencies, you will be handling more and more complex tenders as well as gaining in autonomy. We propose you in this position a long term challenge where you'll be able to acquire new skills.

Profile

• Master Civil or Industrial Engineer with construction / architect orientation.
• Experience in submission or in an Engineering office of at least five years.
• Rigor and precision are essential expected qualities. Some form of creativity is required.
• Location: Brussels

Language

As we work in the whole country, we expect you to be fluent in Dutch and French and with a good command of English.
